E-Sourcing

E-Sourcing uses the SAP/Frictionless E-Auction software to provide an online collaborative environment between Flextronics and our suppliers. This tool is utilized by our Global Commodity Management team for the selection of the most competitive supply chain solution. Its usage covers both Non Production Procurement (NPP) and Direct Materials purchases and offers many advantages and opportunities for the current supply base, as well as opportunities for competitive companies to become a supplier to Flextronics.
