The Flextronics Technology Program (CTP) is designed to provide our suppliers with an objective guide to which technology solutions may be best suited to suppliers' businesses, both now and as they grow. They can also take advantage of special packages developed for the Flextronics community, discounted pricing, and accelerated implementation. About CTP

The CTP is a resource built for Flextronics suppliers, to use as a tool and resource for improving their organization’s—and supply chain’s—efficiency so that they can work better with Flextronics and all of their supply chain partners.

Flextronics created the CTP to support our vision of Limitless Scale and Repeatable Execution. Achieving this vision requires us to enable our supply chain partners through the effective use of information technology. It is critical for Flextronics and our partners to continuously improve our supply chain scalability, repeatability, cost, lead-time, and customer service. Many companies struggle with how to make technology work to achieve these benefits and the CTP provides a valuable resource for technology advice and assistance.

B2B Integration

More commonly known as EDI, business-to-business integration can be credited with dramatically improving efficiency and slashing error rates across all data exchanges that exist between supply chain partners.

The EDI vendor selection process can be complex, complicated further by the fact that there are over 250 vendors operating in North America alone, resulting in difficult and confusing selection processes. Unlike other supplier enablement programs, Flextronics is not mandating a one-size fits all approach, but instead supporting suppliers' technology decision processes by showcasing multi-tier, multi-platform, and multi-vendor solutions, enabling suppliers to choose and use the right solution for their organization.

Our partner, DWG, has identified a spectrum of solutions already designed to integrate with Flextronics and meet our standards. Our suppliers can choose from different levels of complexity, support requirements, and affordability to ensure that they have a solution that meets their specific needs in order to automate and integrate their supply chain operations with Flextronics. These certified solutions will help you automate the transmission of transactions, including forecasting documents, purchase order information and shipment notifications and electronic invoices.

Integrated and automated business transactions are a top priority for Flextronics, but why stop there? Our supply chain is complex and it is our mission to make our OEM customers more competitive. In order to accomplish this, we have to keep our operations up to date with the latest technology and supply chain innovations, and we hope that our suppliers think and operate the same way.
