Community Involvement
Flextronics’ Community Involvement and Employee Activities program provides employees with the opportunity to be more actively involved in helping others through voluntary giving and community service, bringing together resources for the benefit of both internal and external communities. In Asia, this program is called Team Sunshine and in North America it’s called Flextronics Cares.
Program Scope
Our program supports causes that fit within the following scope:
- Employee Volunteer Program - Employees donate their time and energy to projects supported by their local Flextronics site.
- Neighborhood Partners - Flextronics teams up with non-profit organizations in local communities on a regular basis; donating time, money and resources.
