Flextronics’s operations in Indonesia provide manufacturing services for customers in networking, global services, computing, and mobile and consumer markets. Located in Batam, they offer a wide spectrum of capabilities, including manufacturing of printed circuit boards, backplanes, box-build and assembly. The facilities have capabilities that include design for manufacturing, functional and reliability testing, supply chain management and logistics, as well as a specialization in mechanical engineering such as plastics and tooling.

As with all Flextronics facilities, operations in Indonesia hold certifications in areas such as corporate social and environmental responsibility, quality (ISO), and occupational health and safety. Additionally, they hold certifications that support specific markets such as telecommunications.
