In Austria, Flextronics supports a highly diversified portfolio of customers in the automotive, capital equipment, clean tech, medical and industrial market sectors. From our site in Althofen, we provide a complete range of design and manufacturing services. Our focus is on offering low volume/high mix manufacturing services and support, working with a wide range of customers in the German-speaking region of Europe, as well as several international clients.

Our manufacturing capabilities in Austria include electronics hardware and software design, printed circuit board assembly, new product introduction, clean room product assembly, box-build and high-level electro-mechanical assembly. The Austrian facility is recognized as one of our European Centers of Excellence for “High Reliability Products” and holds the highest levels of certifications, including TS16949 for automotive and ISO13485 for medical devices.

Flextronics Austria has also been recognized for its corporate social and environmental responsibility programs, including Trigos Awards for Environment in 2010 and for Work Place in 2011.
