Academic Accomplishments

When considering student interns and new college graduate candidates, various parts of their academic backgrounds are taken into account. These include grades (Students should have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 overall and in their major), degree level, language competency, special projects, and, of course, the degree program.

Work Experience

Prior work experience through Intern/Co-Op, College Sponsorship, Industrial Placement, is taken into consideration. Students can benefit greatly by expanding their real-world work experience and improving their skills through challenging work projects. This type of experience can provide students with the necessary skills and competencies in the areas of; communication, technical skills, project management, computer skills, etc.
