We believe it is our culture and a firm commitment to employees and the communities in which we operate that sets us apart from other employers. Strategy without Execution is useless. At Flextronics, we focus on disciplined execution and knocking down barriers. We thoughtfully evaluate alternatives, benchmark continuously, study the competition and use balanced risk assessment with sound judgment and intuition. When we see bureaucracy, we actively eliminate it and once a decision is made, we are decisive and act with speed. Through process, systems, people and metrics, we create repeatable, predictable systems that convert strategy into results.

Each of us at Flextronics has made a personal commitment to ourselves to make the tasks we do every day a little faster, a little more efficient and a little smarter every time. Every improvement should build on previous improvements and be permanent in nature, based on improving processes and systems so as not to be people dependent. Our performance is not only benchmarked versus best-in-class but also against what is possible, and we passionately institutionalize Lean and Six Sigma systems as a way to drive our success.
